CEO OF PROFIT ROCKET
Victor Rancour, a dynamic entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and visionary leader. As CEO of the Rocket X brands that help shape the trades in an ever changing market, Victor stands as a testament to what the future of the trades can become as he continues to blaze his own path towards helping home service businesses grow! His journey in the HVAC industry began in 2015 as an HVAC technician, where he quickly developed a deep passion for sales. Excelling in this field, Victor earned the title of AirTime 500’s top-selling technician multiple times.
In 2018, Victor’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Absolute Airflow in Southern California. Under his visionary leadership, the company experienced remarkable growth, scaling to over $65 million in residential replacement and service revenue, while expanding its workforce to more than 100 employees. His success and innovative approaches in business were recognized in 2020 when he was named among HVACR Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40.
Beyond his accomplishments with Absolute Airflow, Victor’s dedication to fostering growth and success extends to others in the industry. He is passionate about sharing his expertise in in-home sales processes, teaching thousands of technicians and salesmen nationwide. His dedication to mentorship and skill development is evident in his creation of his Blueprint product which hosts an open learning platform with resources for business owners and leaders aiming to elevate their companies to new heights.
He continues to mentor and innovate, with growing plans to help others navigate and overcome the challenges of starting and growing a business., but also overcome personal and professional obstacles. His Rocket X Society has become a community for dedicated professionals committed to achieving their fullest potential – in their careers, personal relationships, physical health, and mental well-being.

Michelle Van Beek
Michelle Van Beek is Chief Operations Officer and Business Coach for Profit Rocket. She has been in a leadership role for the past 15 years and truly lives to serve. She is extremely passionate about leadership development and operational strength that drives profitability in a business. She was recruited into the home services industry seven years ago and began as an Office Manager. Despite combating negativity as a female leader in a male-driven industry, she never allowed that to prevent her professional growth and success. She was quickly promoted to General Manager and again to COO, after multiple acquisitions and the start-up of a sister company.
Over the last seven years, she was lucky enough to be part of a large number of best practice groups and worked closely with some of the best business minds in the industry. Each of which, she contributes her incredible professional growth to. Although she was able to hugely contribute to the exponential growth of her organization, she is most proud of the incredible operational strength that she created within it.
She went on to become a John Maxwell Certified Team member and can coach, train and speak on his content. She used her leadership skills to mentor up and coming leaders in the industry and discovered her true passion to help others.
Michelle’s passion to help others on a mass scale, has led her to thrive as a business coach. She uses her knowledge, experience and expertise, to drive profitability, efficiency and growth within the business she works with. She truly feels fulfilled and rewarded on this journey as a business coach, because she gets to contribute everyday to the success of struggling business owners and leaders around her.
